MHRC Celebrates 30 Years of the Human Rights Code

On December 10 1987, the Government of Manitoba introduced The Human Rights Code. The Code replaced  former  Human Rights Act  passed in 1970.

On November 3, 2017 the Commission celebrated the 30th annivesary of The Code in the Rotunda at the Manitoba Legislative Building. 

The event closed with the launch of a new educational video: Celebrating 30 Years of The Human Rights Code.
