There is no cost to filing a complaint.

You may also book a 15 minute intake appointment with staff in our Winnipeg or Brandon offices to discuss your concern.

Contact us by phone, fax, or email to If your concern is something covered by The Human Rights Code we will ask you for more detail. You will be asked to complete a questionnaire and to provide us with a written statement that outlines your complaint of discrimination.
